Current prototypes are being tested by Navy SEALs and Delta Force.
“In a business where oz. equals lbs the CCW is a needed piece of kit. Team guys have glued everything from grenade pouches to rocks on the back of their helmets. It is about time something has been created that is a useful tool”
Matt Renn – Navy Seal
“Innovative yet simple, effective and versatile . . . The CCW makes sense and it serves it’s purpose well”
Brandon Webb – Former Seal & CEO of Wind Zero Group Inc.
The Shrike Industries CCW-101 and the 101A have been tested extensively in the field and initial feedback is all positive.
Reports indicate the CCW-101 alleviates neck and back strain associated with extended periods of wearing NVGs, and is convenient accessory.
Troops were reporting makeshift solution:
- They were using duct tape to attach various weights to the back of their helmets to counterbalance NVG’s .
- They may have been removing their NVG’s at critical times due to neck strain and discomfort.
- The special forces and soldiers alike are appealing for a better solution.
The Shrike Industries CCW-101 is the solution!
